Founder of SoupMobile
In 2003, David Timothy, a.k.a. SoupMan, founded SoupMobile to serve the homeless and needy children of Dallas, Texas. What began as a small effort serving 5,000 meals in its first year has now grown into a mission that provides over 250,000 meals annually. Alongside his wife, Shana Timothy (SoupGirl), David continues to lead the charge in feeding and caring for those in need.
Faith, Family & Country
David is a little old-fashioned and proudly stands for God, Family & Country. In a world filled with anger, hate, and “Cancel Culture,” he believes we need to return to the words of Jesus:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Mark 12:31)
For 20 years, he has worked the hard streets of Dallas, witnessing misery, miracles, and God’s divine intervention firsthand. He firmly believes that if Jesus were walking the earth today, He would be right there on the streets, serving the ones He calls “the least of these.”
